Because every hat is made to order just for you, we can't restock returns the way a big-box store can. But we still want you happy.

30-day promise

If your hat arrives and it's not what you expected, you've got 30 days from delivery to reach out. Unworn, unwashed, tags on — we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Wrong or defective item

If we messed up — wrong phrase, wrong color, defect — tell us within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you, no return shipping on you.
